The quote form asks for a name, phone, email and optional photos so we can price the job and get back to you. We do not sell that information.

If you use the form on the contact page, we receive the name, phone number, email address, postcode, service and message you type, plus any photos you attach. A call or a direct email only gives us what you choose to send.
To reply, to quote, and to do the work if you book us. Photos are only used to see the job. We do not put them on the website or use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
The form is delivered to hollyoakservices@yahoo.com. We do not pass your details to other firms for their marketing. We may share what is needed with an insurer or a supplier if the job requires it.
As long as we need it to quote, to do the job, and to deal with any follow-up. After that we do not keep it longer than we have to.
